Return Policy

 

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return unworn merchandise in excellent condition, with receipt of purchase to All City Fitted for complete refund.  Please provide a detailed explanation of what was not satisfactory along with a disposition for the returned merchandise.

 

You have 7 calendar days to return merchandise for refunds or store credit.  Orders returned after the 7 day time period will not be received or processed.  Returned merchandise with out receipt will not be processed and returned to sender.  Exchanges and Returns are processed immediately in the order in which they were received.

 

To ensure prompt processing please provide the following:

 

1.                  Merchandise in original shipping packaging

2.                  The original sales and credit receipt

3.                  Clearly written disposition and reasons for return.

 

Returned merchandise will only be processed in original shipping packaging with receipt.  Returns not meeting either condition will not be processed.

 

New Era Cap Fitted Sizing hold true to size.  Collaboration endorsed merchandise may exhibit minor size / fit variations from other New Era merchandise.  Inappropriate size and fit concerns due to variations are not the responsibility of All City Fitted LLC.

 

 

 

 

Satisfaction is Guaranteed or you can return unused merchandise, along with sales receipt for a full refund within 7 days of date of purchase.  Refunds may require up to two weeks to be processed in full.  Store credit may be issued as deemed by management.
