RETURN POLICY
You have 7 calendar days to return merchandise for store credit ONLY. Orders returned after the 7 day time period will not be received or processed. Returned merchandise with out receipt will not be processed and returned to sender. Exchanges and Returns are processed immediately in the order in which they were received.
To ensure prompt processing please provide the following:
1. Merchandise in original shipping packaging
2. The original sales and credit receipt
3. Clearly written disposition and reasons for return.
Returned merchandise will only be processed in original shipping packaging with receipt. Returns not meeting either condition will not be processed.
New Era Cap Fitted Sizing hold true to size. Collaboration endorsed merchandise may exhibit minor size / fit variations from other New Era merchandise. Inappropriate size and fit concerns due to variations are not the responsibility of All City Fitted LLC. Any item not fitting the correct way is not the responsibilty of All City Fitted LLC and are deemed not returnable.

Refunds may require up to two weeks to be processed in full. Store credit may be issued as deemed by management.
Customized merchandise cannot be returned. Customer will be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and surcharges for shipments outside of the United States of America that need to be returned.
